1. Agreement Content, Effective Date, Changes

This Agreement includes the main text and all policies and rules we publish now or in the future, including the Privacy Policy. We may modify this Agreement as needed and inform you via in-app notices or release notes. Changes take effect upon publication. If you disagree, stop using the app.

2. Services

AnySave Browser provides:

2.1 AI Webpage Parsing

• Input a URL for AI-based analysis and summarization
• Generate structured summary reports
• Save results to the in-app local file system

2.2 Browser Features

• Web browsing and display
• Bookmarks management
• History management
• AI-assisted page summarization
• Multilingual page translation

2.3 File Management

• Local storage of parsed content
• Import files from device
• File organization and private folder
• Access control with passcode and biometrics

3. User Conduct

3.1 Lawful Use

• Follow applicable laws and cybersecurity rules
• Do not use the app to access or store unlawful content
• Do not engage in unlawful activities via the app
• Respect intellectual property and others’ rights

3.2 Content Rules

• No malicious code or viruses
• No false or harmful information
• No privacy violations or sharing personal data without consent
• AI parsing is for personal learning and research only

3.3 System Security

• No attacks or attempts to disrupt services
• No bypassing security protections
• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or cracking

4. AI Services

4.1 Feature Description

AI assists analysis, summarization, and translation of webpage content. Results are for reference only.

4.2 Data Processing

• Process only what is necessary to provide the feature
• Use industry‑standard encryption and security measures
• Do not use your personal data to train models
• Delete temporary data after processing

4.3 Service Limitations

• Some webpages may be unsupported
• Quality may depend on network and server load
• We may suspend or limit AI services when necessary

5. Biometric Data

5.1 Storage

• Stored only in the device’s secure chip
• We cannot access your biometrics
• Not shared with other apps or third parties

5.2 Purpose

• Authenticate access to the Private Folder only
• Not used for other commercial or analytics purposes
• You can disable it in system settings

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App IP

The software, UI, trademarks, and technologies belong to us. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer.

6.2 User Content

Files and data you process remain yours. We obtain only the minimal rights necessary to provide the services.

6.3 Third‑Party Content

Webpage content belongs to the respective site owners. Follow their terms and copyright notices.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Your App Store use is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA:

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Bear consequences of unlawful use

10. Service Changes & Termination

We may change, upgrade, or end parts of the service and will give reasonable notice where appropriate.

After termination, we will handle data per applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Back up your data in time.

11. Minors

If you are a minor, use the app under guardian supervision; guardians bear corresponding responsibilities.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, either party may file with a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AnySave Browser.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

13.3 Interpretation
